2. Event Cancellations & Postponements
  • Event Cancellations: If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, you may be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed according to the event organizer’s policies.
  • Event Postponements: If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Refunds for postponed events are subject to the event organizer’s policies.
3. Organizer’s Refund Policy
Each event on WorshipTickets.com may have its own refund policy set by the event organizer. Before purchasing, please review the event’s terms and conditions. Any refund requests must be directed to the event organizer, who has sole discretion over approvals.
4. Service Fees & Non-Refundable Charges
  • Processing fees, service charges, and transaction fees are non-refundable, even if an event is canceled or rescheduled.
  • WorshipTickets.com is a ticketing platform and does not issue refunds directly unless explicitly authorized by the event organizer.
5. Issues with Ticket Delivery
If you do not receive your ticket or have trouble accessing it, please contact us at support@worshiptickets.com for assistance. Non-receipt of a ticket does not automatically qualify for a refund.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting WorshipTickets.com or the event organizer may result in account suspension and restrictions on future purchases. We encourage all customers to resolve refund requests through the proper channels.
